AstroLance:
ASTROLANCE
Choose your pilot. Wield impossible weapons. Outfly your rivals in zero-gravity arenas built for speed, precision, and glorious chaos.
Astro Lance is a fast-paced, multiplayer PvP game inspired by classics like TowerFall, Gang Beasts, and Smash Bros, where players pilot drones across various planets, each with unique hazards and weapons. With engaging versus modes, players can battle, earn rewards, and compete in a vibrant universe.
Controversy surrounds this newest entry into the Astro Lance Arena circuit. Was it newly-formed, newly-discovered, or, as some scientists now speculate, an incarnation of the now-defunct Earth from a parallel universe? Whatever the answer, Mantus houses the fierce Frogbird species, eager to test their mettle at gladiatorial sport. Lakes and waterfalls add a new dimension of challenge to these arenas, while Snagg Vines form a familiar obstacle for veteran pilots.

The Land of Eternal Sun’s blistering climate tests all electronics to their melting point. Between the heat and frequent volcanic activity, few species can survive on its surface. As a result, the planet is primarily used to test weapons or to store resources in orbiting facilities as escrow for galactic trades. This arrangement leaves lots of room for Astro Lance arenas, but Snagg Vines might have other ideas.

After the destruction of Earth in the galaxy’s war against the mysterious [REDACTED], humanity upgraded its colony on Garuda into a new headquarters. To make themselves at home, humans began populating it with skyscrapers. The resulting construction poses a challenge to the pilots in the form of flying crates and other equipment.

Even the competitive nature of the tournament cannot interfere with Tritonian success as resource miners. Arenas carved from precious stones are further excavated by the pilots’ weapons, so even if the home champion loses, the species still benefits from the sale of the rock dust.
